2.  Sale of Home - Legal services include correspondence, telephone calls, meeting with you for instructions and signing of documents, review of offer to purchase, correspondence with buyer's lawyer, contact Condominium Board for documents, obtaining Real Property Report, prepare transfer of land documents, contact your bank for mortgage payout statement, payment of outstanding mortgage on property or other debts as directed by lender or you, receive fund from buyer's lawyer, and final report to you.

3.  Refinancing / Financing - Legal services include correspondence, telephone calls, meeting with you for instructions and signing of documents, contact your financial institution or lender for mortgage instructions, preparation of mortgage documents, perform title search, obtain title insurance, sending mortgage to land title for registration, request for fund from lender, disburse fund as directed by lender or you, and reporting to you.

4.  Transfer of Title - Legal services include correspondence, telephone calls, meeting with you for instructions and signing of documents, preform title search, preparation of transfer of land documents, send transfer of land documents to land title office for registration and report to you.
